You can do the course and exam first. And get certificate. But in order to get broker card you need to have real estate broker visa.

Furthermore, I have made some research and studied an appreciation potential between Dubai Canal in Jumeirah2 and Business Bay. I estimate Business Bay is pretty much fully priced already in off-plan projects since Dorchester Lana made a huge appreciation there and the current projects there are priced based on that. This comment is somewhat out of context in this chain but I wrote it in anyway. Current and coming residents and investors will make a safe and sound investment. This area will become a flourishing luxury area.

@@MohammadIsmail-ky1uxthere’s a potential for capital appreciation. Considering the payment plan. Leverage. To flip it before 60% handover payment. Comparing to nearby off plan projects from other developers prices are reasonable. But again everything depends on the market in the future.

I agree for someone with small budget. He should go to Emaar 15,000 townhouse in the height country club and wellness between AED 2,500,000 and AED 5,000,000 without any building, way more walking area, bigger masterplan, better developer, better quality, better finition...
